Sellers should respond to buyers' after-sales service requests in a timely manner and actively resolve any issues buyers encounter during product use.
If returns or exchanges are due to product quality issues, sellers should bear the corresponding shipping and other costs.
5. Honest Business Practices
Sellers should adhere to the principle of honest transactions and must not engage in false transactions, order brushing, or other fraudulent activities.
Sellers must not deceive, mislead, or pressure buyers in any form.
The platform will regularly monitor sellers' trading behavior and take appropriate punitive measures against any violations, including but not limited to warnings, account freezes, permanent bans, etc.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes during transactions, both parties should negotiate and resolve the issue based on fairness and justice.
If negotiations fail, both parties can apply for arbitration from the platform, which will make a judgment based on relevant evidence.
The platform's judgment is final, and sellers must comply with the platform's decision.
7. Policy Updates
The platform reserves the right to modify and update this policy based on actual conditions. The updated policy will be notified to sellers through platform announcements or other appropriate means.
