Cross-border multi-seller policy

 1. Registration and Certification
Sellers must provide true and accurate registration information, including company name, business license, contact information, etc.
All sellers must pass the platform's certification review before they can trade on the platform.
 2. Product Release
Sellers must ensure that the products they list comply with national laws and regulations as well as platform policies, and must not sell prohibited items or counterfeit products.
Product descriptions should be true and detailed, including information such as product name, specifications, price, inventory, etc.
Sellers should ensure that the product images are real and clear, and should not use misleading images that do not match the actual product.
 3. Transaction Management
Sellers should process buyers' orders promptly to ensure shipping within the promised delivery time.
Sellers should provide valid logistics information to ensure that buyers can track the order status in a timely manner.
If there is a shortage or delay in delivery, the seller should communicate promptly with the buyer and handle it properly.
 4. After-sales service
Sellers should provide a reasonable return and exchange policy to ensure that buyers can return or exchange goods within a reasonable period.
Sellers should respond promptly to buyers' after-sales service requests and actively resolve any issues encountered by buyers during the use of the product.
If the return or exchange of goods is caused by product quality issues, the seller should bear the corresponding shipping and other expenses.
 5. Integrity Management
Sellers should abide by the principle of honest transactions and are not allowed to engage in false transactions, brushing orders, and other behaviors.
Sellers shall not engage in fraud, deception, or coercion against buyers in any form.
The platform will regularly supervise the trading behavior of sellers, and take corresponding punitive measures for any violations found, including but not limited to warnings, account freezing, and permanent bans.
 6. Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise between the buyer and seller during the transaction process, both parties should negotiate and resolve the issue based on the principles of fairness and justice.
If the negotiation fails, both buyers and sellers can apply for arbitration to the platform, and the platform will make a decision based on relevant evidence.
 The decision of the platform is final, and the seller should abide by the platform's decision.
 7. Policy Update
The platform has the right to modify and update this policy according to the actual situation, and the modified policy will be announced on the platform or notified to sellers through other appropriate means.
 Sellers should regularly check platform announcements to stay informed of the latest policy changes.
